This End User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (the “End User”) and Design Image Solutions & ConnectSAAS (the “Reseller”), acting as a reseller for company signed in to sell the Product ( The Developers).
License Grant. Licensor grants to End User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Restrictions. End User may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or transfer the Extension or any portion thereof, or reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension, except to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.
Ownership. The Extension and any associated intellectual property rights, including without limitation copyrights, trademarks, and patents, are the sole and exclusive property of the Licensor.
Disclaimer of Warranties. The membership is provided “as is” and Reseller makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the memberships, software apps and tools provided here, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability. In no event shall the Reseller be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the tools, applications and software programs sold on this site..
Termination. This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon written notice to the other. Upon termination, End User shall immediately cease all use of the Extension and destroy all copies of the Extension in its possession.
Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the business state, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles.
Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or representations, whether written or oral, with respect to the Extension.
Updates. The EndUser may received updatefrom the developer, and such updates and modifications shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
By clicking “I Agree” and using the Softwares & Application, End User acknowledges that it has read this Agreement, understands it, and agrees to be bound by its terms and conditions. If End User does not agree to these terms and conditions, End User should not install or use the software and applications.
